This is not following formal outline format.
It is rather short, and it does not specifically indicate ANYthing about your state until IAi -- your state is the biggest component of your argument, so why is it not one of the first pieces of information provided?
Remember that outline format is I, A, 1, a, i...and not I, A, i...
This seems disroganized, and I don't follow a logical argument here.
