Persuasion:
-ethos-The author shows emotion in the document by his word choice. In the document, the author has excellent vocabulary that he uses to describe life in the colonies.
-pathos-The author shows credibility by his extensive knowledge of how the colony, and justice system was set up. His character really comes out by the proper word choice he uses. He was also very repetitive in all his paragraphs which shows how organized he is.
-logos-The author shows logic by having a pretty idea of how things are supposed to work in a charter when creating the colonies.
